I turn great ideas into MVPs, traction, and products

"To achieve this, I apply tracking, coaching, and marketing consulting.
I strengthen startup teams, accelerators, or investment funds".

Startup growth points
and potential bottlenecks

Product Market Fit
  1. Target audience selection: focus on a narrow segment with higher willingness to pay.
  2. Formulation of “needs-value” hypotheses (JTBD) and conducting Customer Development: segment validation and product value validation. HADI cycles.
  3. Formulation of USP and value proposition.
  4. Building a Customer Journey Map.
  5. Analysis of competitive offerings on the national market and in other countries.
  6. Business Model Canvas.

MVP
  1. NSM selection – defining the key metric that reflects product value, based on Product-Market Fit and Customer Development.
  2. MVP variant selection – options include pre-order, single implemented feature, or manual implementation.
  3. Unit-economics calculation – financial modeling to validate product viability.
  4. Pricing strategy formulation – defining revenue model and pricing approach.

Initial Traction

  1. Selection of Growth Hacking tools to attract the first users.
  2. Choosing 1–2 traction metrics to validate market demand for the product.
  3. Implementation of a hypothesis generation and testing pipeline for channel-message combinations using HADI cycles.
  4. Setting up feedback mechanisms for early users, including surveys and interviews.
Scaling
  1. Development of a marketing strategy (Go-to-Market).
  2. Development of a communication strategy: messages – channels – funnels.
  3. Branding & Collateral: creation of advertising and presentation materials.
  4. Building a minimally required marketing team.
  5. Design and implementation of AI agents within the marketing division to minimize costs.
VALUE TO STARTUPS AND ACCELERATORS
I perform multiple roles and master dozens of tools.
This is what sets me apart from other professionals.
  • As a Marketing Expert within the Team
I will conduct an audit of the startup’s incoming applications.
I will provide training on any aspect of product marketing within the accelerator’s bootcamp.

  • As an Outsourced Marketing Expert
If a startup lacks marketing expertise, I take on the implementation of the entire marketing block.
I have my own digital marketing department — 9 trained AI agents covering core areas. I work 3 times faster.
  • As a Tracker or Mentor
I help C-levels of startups stay focused on business goals and reach them twice as fast.
  • As a Coach
I help C-level executives and key employees enhance personal effectiveness and manage the psychological turbulence inherent in startups, including:
    • Burnout (high effort – limited results)
    • Uncertainty (will it succeed or not)
    • Limited managerial experience of the CEO and/or team (over- or underestimating problems, excessive emotionality)
    • Human factors (team turnover, fear of failing commitments)
    • Emotional intelligence development
    • Public speaking skills
VALUE TO AN INVESTMENT FUND
I strengthen the analytics team by conducting initial screening of applications and performing
marketing Due Diligence.
In the case of nurturing a startup within the fund’s portfolio, I provide training, consulting, or take on the implementation of the marketing block.
My Confidence Formula = (E)ducation + (E)xperience + (R)ecognition
I follow Lifelong Learning:
  • Three higher education degrees in Management, Advertising & PR, and Philology.
  • Mini-MBA (on-campus): Practical Marketing
  • Certified ICF Coach, 100+ coaching hours
  • Unite Economics course by Alexander Gorny (United Investors)
  • “Tracker” course (8 weeks) by Tracking Academy 2.0, including internship
IT cases
Education and experience are valuable assets, BUT…
They’re like pizza without cheese if not complemented by superpowers you’re born with.

  • Systematic thinking: I immediately see the structure—or its absence—in any process, including the broad and narrow points.
  • Meticulousness: I quickly identify the root problem and suggest the 20% of actions that yield 80% of the results.
  • Speed: I accelerate those around me.
Road Map for startups
Interview
I get to know you and your project. We make a verbal gentleman’s agreement: if after the test-drive we decide not to continue working together, you pay for my work at your discretion. If we move forward together, the test-drive becomes a bonus.
I work for 2 weeks on a challenging project of your choice, delivering tangible results. We then decide whether to continue working together. NDA applies.
Contract
If both you and I are satisfied, we discuss your needs regarding startups, my roles in them, and the scope of services. We agree on pricing and terms, and sign a service agreement or another contract of your choice.
Trial Collaboration
I take on a challenging project for 2 weeks to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
Audit
I conduct an audit of the product, business processes, and marketing strategy to identify the system’s key constraints.
Process
  1. Preliminary project information: product concept, tech stack, monetization, unit economics, sales channels, traction.
  2. 3 tracking meetings with the CEO+CPO over 2 weeks.
Results
  1. Audit outcomes presented as a flowchart.
  2. Key system bottleneck and associated constraints.
  3. Proposed solutions and alternatives for resolution.
Let's get off the ground!
